How To Be An Organisation Queen

Being dis-organised can increase stress and subsequently make us feel less in control.


To regain that control, we can start by organising parts of our lives. It may take some time but it will be worth it!


Here are some quick tips to help:


  1. Remember the 80/20 rule: 80% of our results come from 20% of our actions. We don't have to spend hours on certain tasks to get great results. Instead, concentrate on smaller tasks that will have a bigger impact.

  2. Get small and quick tasks done asap: Get through those little annoying tasks as quick as possible so you have a clearer head to think about your bigger tasks. If you can do something in less than 2 minutes, do it now!

  3. Use your strengths: Figure out what your strengths are and utilize them! Focus on what you are good at and do what you love!

  4. De-clutter your environment: Begin with one room or one cupboard at a time. Sort into: throw away, give away and keep. Having empty and more organised spaces can help our minds feel lighter.

  5. Only buy things you love: You will then be surrounded by things that only bring you joy and productivity, instead of things that will later become clutter.
