How To Become More Consistent With Your Tasks. Here's 5 Ways


I firmly believe that consistency overtime is what brings about long term, sustainable and amazing change.


Want more consistency with your day to day life in 2021? These tips might help you get started:


1. Regularly think about your WHY?: Want to go to the gym every day? Think about the reasons and then the deeper reasons behind that. It just might be what creates action to help you actually get there.



2. Focus on one main thing at a time: Want to be an overall healthier person? Don’t try and focus on nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress and more ‘me’ time all at once. Pick one to really target first. Master it, become consistent and make it a habit, and then move on to something else.



3. Make it simple: Beginner at the gym? Don’t over complicate your workout or plan to stay for 2 hours. That’ll get old real fast. Plan a realistic time frame and choose a few exercises in which you feel confident doing.



4. Make sure your end goal is realistic and build it up over time: If you don’t actually believe that you can achieve your end goal, change it up. Choose something that you are 7/10 confident in, and build up the confidence over time.

Continuing on from the gym example above; start off with a few simple exercises instead of forcing yourself to go every day or multiple times a week. Begin with a shorter gym time frame and less times throughout the week and then increase the your sessions a little each week going forward but nothing too drastic.



5. If you slip up, move on: Couldn’t meal prep? Didn’t read 20 pages today? Didn’t get to the gym? Didn’t make your bed? No stress, unpredictable things come up in life all the time. Forget it and get back on track at your next opportunity.
