How To Create Your Own Schedule

Creating your own schedule and routine could seriously increase your productivity.


This is how you make your own:


· Grab your writing materials: Do you like to write things down? If so grab yourself a notebook or a diary. More into technology? Google calendar is great!



· Write down your regular activities: These include your work hours, when you go to the gym and any other regular tasks.



· Add in bedtime and wakeup times: Times you would normally wakeup/ go to bed (or the times you would like to start).



· Add in extras: These include things like workouts, walks, daily organisation, reading, family/ friend times, meal prep time, any other cooking, ‘me time’ or study.



Remember to give yourself enough time to go between tasks, and make sure it’s realistic!


You can always change your schedule. I write up my schedule for the week every Sunday so I know exactly what’s on for each day and what needs to get done.


Including a task list for the week/ day can also help keep the schedule going and stick to your designated time frames.
